I'm not sure about what makes U-Bet, U-Bet, but here is a good recipe for "Iced Cocoa," with a cocoa syrup:
Iced Cocoa
Adapted from the New York Times, 1946
1/2 cup cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup sugar
Whole milk
Mix cocoa, salt, syrup, sugar and 1/ 2 cup water in a small saucepan and simmer, stirring often, for 5 minutes – be careful, it boils over easily. Pour into a heatproof jar, cover and chill. For iced cocoa, stir 3 tablespoons syrup into each 8-ounce glass of milk.
