i would like to add chicken bouillon seasoning to the batter of fried chicken but wasn't sure if i should add salt too or would it be too salty?

Your instincts are right.
Bouillon mix is usually loaded with salt.
If you want to use that for flavor, don't add more salt to batter mix.
Remember, you can always ADD salt later if needed (e.g , when tasting at table),
But it is very hard sometimes impossible to REMOVE it.
