I want to make banana bread but I only have potato and chickpea flour, I’ve heard you should only use sweet potato flour to blend with all purpose when baking
I have only limited experience using sweet potato flour, and then only in a blend. However, I have made banana bread for a gluten intolerant friend using chickpea flour only. It was quite tasty, as I recall. A quick web search should give up a recipe you could use to do it as well.
