My sister gave me 2 bags of picked, and cleaned black eyed peas. Yes she is the best sister ever! I know I have to boil them for 5 minutes and then I can use them. But my question is can I boil them and then freeze them for later use. Not sure the husband will be crazy about eating them all weeklong. I was going to use some by sauteing in oil and adding some pancetta, as a side dish.
