Oh I hope you solved this by now. But, if not this is something I’ve used as a stale for years. On mine there are microwave directions. But, in the real world, you just need to get really hot water and dump them in til they float. When I do it n the stove top they float in about 2 min. So get your water hot in either of those ways and good. Luck!!!
