Can I put roast in oven after starting it in crock pot?
I started cooking my 4.5lb chuck roast in slow cooker 3 hours ago and forgot I put it on high. I did pan sear it first. I feel like it’s a bit dried out. I’m used to just cooking in oven. Please help
