I have a question about the recipe "Carnitas" from Kees To The Kitchen. Would I need to adjust the amount if liquid if I were to make this in the Crock-Pot?

This recipe has no resemblance to carnitas, which ends up with no free liquid, so it's hard to tell what the author is going for, but it will most certainly have too much moisture for tacos if cooked in a crock pot.
