can I use parsnips the same way, subbing for the carrots in "turmeric-roasted-carrots-with-seeds"? & would it be better to core them? baking time?

Thanks so much, Nancy! Very helpful...Parsnips are new to my repertoire.
...This will be my contribution to Canadian Thanksgiving potluck...aside from the table & dusting!! Love that it can be made ahead...

Can't see why not.
Haven't made this recipe, but have often replaced carrots with parsnips and gotten good results.
Recipe calls for small carrots. If you parsnips are large, cut in half or quarter before roasting.
Core them? Only if very old and/or you've had trouble in past with cores not cooking through.
