Making Susan Spungen's lasagna for Saturday... I need to scale up and will be
doubling the recipe. The recipe is for a 9X13 pan/3 quart size. Since I will be doubling the recipe, I plan to use my stainless steel roaster as a baking dish. It's approximately 13X12, 3 inches deep. Do those dimensions sound like they would work? Also, the lasagna recipe uses a bechamel...does a bechamel sauce double well?
