Reheat coq au vin

Made coq a vin for 12 and want to know best way to reheat.. it’s in a double layer in a deep pot would it be better to reheat in one flat layer. Uncovered? Low oven? Stovetop? SO many options! Thank you!!

Hello Heiewi,
Sounds delicious. I would suggest a single layer is your best option. A sheet pan or roasting pan-if you have a few would be a good way to do it. lay your chicken pieces flat, and add your liquids and veg -pour in between and on top of the pieces. Low heat is your best bet here and covered- as not to run the risk of drying out your dish.
