Gravy not thick

Started gravy in turkey droppings by sprinkling in flour but it’s not thickening

Hi there, what are your proportions? Once you whisk in the flour, you'll need it to heat up enough to start thickening. And be sure to add enough flour. You could always add more water or stock to thin it out later.
