Hi! I can't find my favorite Food 52 recipe anymore: a stock starter made by blending up salt and raw vegetables to keep in a jar in the refrigerator.

Almost! I searched vegetable bouillon to find the one you suggested and found it: the River Cottage Vegetable Bouillon (which is very similar, it seems!) Thanks so much!
