I have a question about the recipe "Martha Stewart's Slow-Cooker Italian-Braised Pork" from Food52. Any idea if this can be doubled- 2 pork shoulders in one 6 quart crockpot?Increase cooking time?

I think you'd have difficulty fitting two whole pork shoulders in one 6qt crockpot. Cutting the pork into smaller pieces would help, but I recommend either a second crockpot or a larger sized one.
