Put to much milk in hasbrown casserole and it’s not setting up right while baking?
How can I thicken it up in the middle of baking process?

Use a slotted spoon or spatula to remove the potatoes to another baking dish.
Either reduce the liquid volume by half (heat, stirring, on stove top) or simply measure half of it into the new casserole dish.
Resume baking.
