The pans are meant to be filled and placed side by side in the oven to bake. Before baking, make sure that the moulds sit level on a baking pan to avoid spillage. You can use scrunch aluminum foil to prop them up, if they need it. Be sure to grease and flour the moulds well so that the cakes slip out easily. after you unfold and cool the cakes, trim excess cake from the middle so the halves fit together. To stick the halves together, you can use jam or frosting, then chill to set before frosting your lamb. I hope this is helpful.
