Mushrooms for Dessert

Hi all,
I am on the search for a dessert I can make using mushrooms, dried or fresh. I have seen recipes for candy cap mushrooms and as intrigued as I am by them, I don't have the time to wait for a mail order shipment. I have read that mushrooms pair well with chocolate and had hoped to find some awesome (or genius) recipes here.
