My favorite website for conversion is www.convert-me.com Pick "cooking" on the left side and you can then choose your ingredient, put in the measurement you want to convert, and it gives you a plethora of conversions to choose from (ie: 1.5 cups will be converted into teaspoons, tablespoons, grams, kilos...etc).
