Weighing is more accurate than volumn measurement.

Nice to see you including metric weights for ingredients, as weighing is much more accurate than measuring cups. I would suggest you also include weights for liquid ingredients as well, since measuring liquid ingredients whether metric or English is less accurate than weighing. Also, when weighing ingredients you can reduce clean-up and waste by pouring directly into the mixing bowl on the scale (and using the Tare function) rather than using a separate measuring device.

That's a good idea, for all the reasons you give! On my 2022 must-do dance card I now have going back to update my recipes to do just that. Thanks for suggesting it. ;o)
