Hi. Any special directions for scaling this down to a single filet for one person? For instance, does the temperature or cooking time change?

Adapting from other single serve recipes, I would cook the single portion about 4 min, flip, then 3 more. Check for recommended internal temp of 145F (maybe at the flip time and at the end).
