Any special tips for doubling this recipe? I have made it a few times with great results but now want to cook 3-4 lbs of ribs for a party.

I am going to be stove top constrained for this event. Would making them
in the AM. and reheating in oven seriously effect quality do you think?

I've doubled the recipe successfully. Often make a double! You should be fine.
