I have a question about the recipe "Sister Pie's Salted Maple Pie" from Food52. How do you bake the crust? I know what a blind crust is but for this one what oven temp? How long?
You blind bake the crust at 450F for 25 minutes. Hope that helps!
Some of the procedures are a bit individualistic, but this is actually a very ordinary dough; you could use whatever baking procedure you're used to and it will work fine.
