A question about a recipe: Burmese-Inspired Chicken Braised in Coconut Milk & Turmeric with Sweet Potato

I have a question about the recipe "Burmese-Inspired Chicken Braised in Coconut Milk & Turmeric with Sweet Potato" from Sara Jenkins. I am making this for a dinner party and am doubling the chicken. Do I also double all the rest of the ingredients; mainly concerned about the marinating spices.

I might not double the marinating ingredients (maybe increase by 1/2) but yes double everything else...(you might be fine with not doubling the fried shallots)

Thanks for the quick response. I went with my gut and did just that with the spices! I am looking forward to this recipe based on the many satisfied results I've read.
