Banana Cake Query
I was planning on making a banana cake tonight for a function tomorrow but suddenly plans have come up. The recipe calls for putting the cake straight in the freezer after baking it to make it super moist - I will still have time to bake the cake but I'm worried about the freezer time as I think I will be out longer than 45 minutes. Would this still work if I put it straight in the fridge for 1 1/2 hours or should I put it in the freezer? I just don't want it to completely freeze while I'm out or to ruin it by being in the freezer too long. Help please!!

Best thing is to make a recipe at least once as written. See if you like it as is, hate it, like it but/and want to make changes.
In your shoes, this time I'd
• either give up sleep, stay up after I got home to make it as written.
• or make another cake tonight, a recipe I already know that works.
