A question about a recipe: Donald Link's Braised Chicken With Salami and Olives

I have a question about the recipe "Donald Link's Braised Chicken With Salami and Olives" from Genius Recipes. Can I eliminate the flour in this recipe? Or is there another thickener I can try that is low carb? Following a low carb keto diet and otherwise, the recipe sounds great! Maybe serve over mashed cauliflower.

Thank you both so much!!!! I will try konjac powder as one of my dinner guests cannot have xanthan gum.

Very easy to find xanthan gum in most supermarkets- Bobs Red Mill is one common brand. A little goes a long way and if you use too much there is a "slime" factor.

Konjac powder or flour could work, if you can find it. I think Amazon sells it. It is expensive, but you only need a small amount at a time. That's the stuff those "miracle" noodles are made out of. It is a water soluble fiber, with no carb content.
