Would this be suitable to make the day before, and reheat gently in the oven for a dinner party?
I'd love to get all the messy prep done the day before (and wash out the smell of chicken fat from my hair from the searing!) Going by the comments the flavour will only improve over night perhaps - would I be best to leave it in the same dish it was baked in on day one?
