If you're talking about the dried coriander seeds, which recipe author recommends freshly ground from a mill.
Use to taste, at the table.
Start small, both because freshly ground will taste stronger, and because you want to see how it interacts with the rest of the salad.

The coriander is recommended to use in a pepper grinder, season to taste- add maybe five or six grinds, mix it up and taste it before adding more
