Is there a big difference in flavor when either you pan saute a boneless chicken breast vs using a castiron grill pan?

Both are good.
Small differences in taste and texture.
You will get more of the fat flavor when you saute and more grill marks, char & caramelization when you use a cast iron grill pan.
