Cooking chicken thighs one pan dish

Can you put a one pan dinner and a frying pan in overnight at same time. I need help I cooking chicken Thursday for seven people so I had to use two pan. But husband said put one on top rack and the second one on the second rack

I think the two pans could definitely have gone in your oven at the same time (I assume that is what you menat to type instead of overnight). I'd put them on the same rack, if enough room. If you have to put one on top rack and the other on the bottom rack, I would swap positions halfway through cooking.
