Reducing Baking Temp?

I have several dishes that bake at 350 and one that bakes at 400, and I'm making them all for a single brunch, so it would be ideal if they could all bake at 350 together. The dish that bakes at 400 is layers of thinly sliced potatoes stacked up in an 8" round pan. There is about 3/4c of liquid that gets layered in with the potatoes. The recipe currently says to bake covered at 400 for 1h 10m, then to remove from the pan and broil the top.

Can I reduce the temp to 350? If so, would you extend the cooking time? Bake uncovered for part of the time?

The gratin will be best to serve if you can bake it earlier in the day or even the day before, if it’s still hot from the oven it doesn’t slice easily and kind of falls apart. You can just rewarm in the oven at 350 for about 20min covered and then broil right before serving.
