Multiplying a recipe and preparing in advance
I am multiplying by 6 my recipe for baked macaroni and cheese. I also plan to assemble it a couple of days in advance, refrigerate, then bake immediately prior to my event. For a single recipe, the instructions call for baking it at 350 for 25-30 minutes. How should I adjust cooking times for my situation? I do prefer to do this all in one large pan, rather than dividing it between 2, if possible.

When cooking for a crowd, don't figure times from a multiple of a basic recipe (even if you do that for ingredients).
Rather, look in books or online for chef recipes or "cooking for a crowd," which often feed 50 or 100.
For example, have a look at this recipe for mac n cheese for 50, which recommends 30-45 min at 350F.
