CORN NUTS-- NEW USE ALERT!

just for a bread crumb break: GRIND THEM in a food processor and use them for crunchy salad and stew topping! unsalted cornnuts [amazon is my friend] are what i use-[w/ cheesy flavored nutritional yeast] on cassoulet variants , caesar salad w/ no croutons, etc! My Inspiror, jose andres, uses these in his tuna ceviche w/ coconut milk, scallions, cilantro, lime, at the fantastic cafe atlantico in d.c. Gotta put them on at service, as they soften quickly.
