How long does it take to properly dry bread crumbs. I am going to use french bread, corn bread, and some focaccia. Thanks

How fine are the crumbs? They'll take a good bit of time to stale in the open air (at least overnight), but you can force the issue by toasting them for 15 to 20 minutes in a low oven (250 degrees F), depending on the size of the cubes.
