braise/roast with cover?

While braise/roasting this recipe, do I cover the chicken? I have an enameled cast iron pan with a cover. Also, can I view the topic of each "question about this recipe" without opening each separately?

No need to cover it -- you want the chicken skin that's not covered in braising liquid to crisp.
