Riz-à-djaj

I wrote a review with a question but it seems to have disappeared so I am trying again. I mentioned that there are variations on this recipe but I was confused with your exclusion of walnuts for the sesame seeds. I am aware that this recipe never calls for sesame seeds, so I am wondering if that is your own stamp on this recipe or was this a mistake?

Hi Salim, thank you for asking that is my twist on this classic dish. The sesame seeds add an extra bite to every spoonful.
