Probably yes, as all the components (soup, bread, cheese) can be frozen. But for both convenience (have everything ready from freezer) and best taste/texture of later cooked soup, I would freeze it in two packages...the soup with onions etc; the (sliced, & maybe even toasted) bread and the (grated) cheese. Remove from freezer, combine, bake.
