Lamb in crockpot - bit dry - can I make it softer, melt in the mouth
I have had a leg of lamb in crockpot 9hrs with tomato, garlic , rosemary sauce. It is a bit dry. Not melt on the mouth, fall off the bone. Is there anything I can do? Take out of crockpot and into the oven? Add vinegar? Leave to rest? One hour until guests arrive. Thanks!
