Lamb in crockpot - bit dry - can I make it softer, melt in the mouth

I have had a leg of lamb in crockpot 9hrs with tomato, garlic , rosemary sauce. It is a bit dry. Not melt on the mouth, fall off the bone. Is there anything I can do? Take out of crockpot and into the oven? Add vinegar? Leave to rest? One hour until guests arrive. Thanks!

i'd say it is overcooked and all of the connective tissue has leaked out. best thing is to make a gravy or au jus and serve it that way. so sorry.
