MikeDalena - this looks like sloppily adapted manufacturer's version of Wedding Ravioli (made with cheese raisins and rum) from an area between Italy and Croatia. In the original, the raisins are soaked in water and/or rum. Here, they use cherries as the fruit, but forgot to omit the raisins. Similarly, for 1 egg, use about 2-3 tsp sugar.
