The recipe instructions mention sugar and raisins neither of which are listed in the ingredients section. How much of each do you recommend?

MikeDalena - this looks like sloppily adapted manufacturer's version of Wedding Ravioli (made with cheese raisins and rum) from an area between Italy and Croatia.
In the original, the raisins are soaked in water and/or rum.
Here, they use cherries as the fruit, but forgot to omit the raisins.
Similarly, for 1 egg, use about 2-3 tsp sugar.

Thanks so much Nancy! The version you shared sounds even better and I bet it would be good with fresh black figs as well if one wanted to go rogue!
