Can I make this the night before a big party, with the bisque, a salad, organic bread hors d voures, wouldn't this serve about 8-9 people?

Lillian - came across this article while looking for something else. how to estimate quantities for a dinner party. If you haven't had your event yet, may be useful. Or for futures, Nancy

I hear 2 or 3 questions here.
Make ahead? yes to the lasagna, bread, soup, maybe the hors d'oeuvres (depends on what they are). No to the salad.
Will this serve 8-9? Maybe.
Can a recipe that serves 6-8 stretch to 8-9 if I add other food around it? Again, maybe.
Abundance is always a good thing for a party and for the host's nerves.
And an older friend taught me to always make more than was needed for guests.
(Better to have leftovers for the family than not enough for guests.)
If you're concerned about budget, I'd simplify the menu (remove bisque, bread and appetizers), make generous amounts of salad and lasagna (1.5 or 2x the original), drinks and call it a day.

Slight amendment...yes, your menu as proposed would likely serve 8 or 9 people, but you might have to serve the lasagne in slightly smaller portions than the original recipe suggests.

I would say, depending upon the type of salad you may be able to mise-en-place the individual ingredients. If a tossed salad, you could easily prep the lettuce, along with dry veges (carrots, celery, some fresh herbs [not basil, which will turn dark]), combine and refrigerate. Onions and cukes I would keep separate, tomatoes I would do just before serving. Depending upon your dressing, you might be able to make that the night before also. I would also tend to keep the appetizer, depending upon what you want to serve and it's cost... a little pre-dinner nibble tends to dull one's appetite and will help stretch the lasagna. It will also give you a bit of breathing room if the main course isn't ready quite yet and your guests are chomping at the bit because everything smells SO GOOD! And I agree as Nancy noted, ALWAYS best to have food left over than guests to leave hungry. Have a great party!
