I am trying to resolve an issue with a stool that broke less than a week after I received it. I have sent a couple of messages with no response, other than they are receiving a high volume of messages (I bet they are!), and that they would get back to me within 2 days. NOTHING! I will go to my credit card company to resolve if they don't respond. Love the products, but their customer service is awful!!!

I have the same issue.... I ordered Staub Petite French oven but when I did not receive a confirmation I looked up my account under orders and it was not there, soooo I reordered.
I did receive confirmation on second order and received yesterday. Today I received notice from UPS that I will receive a second Staub.
hahahahaha great answer. They are hiding cause they do not want to return so they are using the virus as their excuse. They were quick to send and charge!!! one day ago and now all of the sudden they are missing.
