All oat flour - no (because it doesn't have the gluten in wheat flour and won't build the structure that comes from gluten). Up to 1/4 the original flour replace with oat flour - will work (forget where I learned that proportion. I've gone somewhat higher sometimes with success, but the 1/4 amount is best first time around). If you need the cake to be gluten free, start with a chocolate cake recipe that's gluten free and add some zucchini if you want.
