Sounds like what you want might be a griddle, which is flat with just a small rim- Lodge makes a 10 1/2" that might serve- less than $15 on Amazon, and relatively easy to store
Hi Mary Ann! Great question. All of our pans are measured across the top, so it's 10" across the top, versus the surface. That being the case, I'd look for something that's more like 11" or 12"—but if you find something you like and want to know the exact measurement of the surface specifically, you're always welcome to write us at [email protected].
