Question about the flour for this recipe

Is there a specific reason this is all spelt flour? Could AP or White Whole Wheat (or some combination of the two) be used?

Hi! All-purpose, white whole-wheat, or a combination of the two should work fine in this recipe. And in case it's of interest, here's another cherry bundt on the site that uses cake flour: https://food52.com/recipes/77461-fresh-cherry-bundt-cake. (Also, isn't that glaze so beautiful?! It would work well on either recipe.)
