Possible to make the dough earlier?

Hi! Is it possible to make the dough for this recipe a few days earlier and save it in the fridge, or does the dough have to be made an hour beforehand? [tried this recipe and I looooved it]

Hi! The dough should be fine in the fridge for a couple days—just make sure to wrap it well. You could also freeze it for up to a month and thaw it overnight in the fridge before you want to use it.

You should be fine for a day or two, but there is some possibility that the cheese would develop mold in such a damp environment, I wouldn't push it too far.
