How about a segment on convection/steam recipies? I'm having trouble finding GOOD advice on using my new oven. (I'm loving it, so far by the way.)

I just got a new steam/convection oven as well and you are right, there is not a lot of information out there.

One of favorite things so far is cooking rice in the steam oven. The texture is incredible!
