To cook the chicken thighs in a CrockPot or other slow cooker, set it on high and cook for 2 - 3 hours, checking after an hour and a half and then every 20 minutes or so after that. (Slow cookers vary quite a bit, as could other factors, such as how cold your ingredients are, etc.).
I'd cook the thighs in the marinade - don't discard as you would if baking in a hot oven -- as you'll need steam in the slow cooker for the chicken to cook most efficiently. ;o)
