I've sent you FOUR emails because the cord you sent me to the Luna Lamp was bent and doesn't work. You responded once and then sent the wrong cord.

If I don't hear from by 3:00 pm PT today I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I've received no response to emails or online requests!
