I have never cooked it. I usually cut one open, when it is ripe, and eat with a spoon. There are seeds but they are easy to find and remove. I also like to make a smoothie with the cherimoya flesh, sweetened condensed milk, and ice. It’s so sweet that you could probably make sorbet with it.
