Once made, can this dough be frozen? I won't make three pizzas super fast!

Was wondering if this dough can be frozen after made -- I won't make three pizzas very quickly!

I agree with Boulangere, but would add that I’d use the frozen dough within a couple of months for best results.

Definitely. I love having pizza dough in the freezer. It's almost like instant pizza. Almost.Just make sure it's well-wrapped in plastic.
