Pressure cooking rice, lamb and chicken

I only have jasmine rice. I have one pound of cubed lamb and one and a half pounds of chicken. How much water should I put in the pressure cooker and for how long? I'm thinking the time is around 20 minutes with a natural tree release but I'm not sure and I do not know how much water to put at all.
