Continuing on Kristen W's thinking, I think it would be great as a drizzle or dipping sauce for fried chicken, fried chicken tenders or even chicken nuggets. Try also adding some honey to make a sweet dipping sauce.
Thin it out a bit with some vinegar and use as a salad dressing. Add to a leftover unseasoned meat and/or vegetables for an ad hoc "clean out the fridge" soup or stew. Use in making a soup or stew from leftover or plain meat and vegetables. Stay close to the aromatics and vegetables of the of the original recipe regional cuisine to make something more or less coherent (for example, Southeast Asia India, North Africa, West Africa).
